Donations and Gifts

These gifts are not in any sort of order but each one has arrived with great gratitude from me. Forgive me if I miss out some as this goes back quite a way.
  • A great gift to MAT is the many hands that have and are still assisting in her development. All who over the years have shared in workshops.
  • Volunteers who so often are standing at the gate in the morning wanting to work for a day.
  • For the work Claire, Toni and Jasper have put into the building and still plan to put in.
  • The cupboard Elke and I built together our very first and we are very proud of it.
  • The wood Dylan helped us clean.
  • The first truss Mike from Brighton helped us to build.
  • Cheri and her right hand man working all day and so enjoying it.
  • The Waldorf School children who built a great chunk of the spare bedroom wall.
  • Korrie van der Coulff and his Youth Group
  • And more and more.
  • Anneliene van der Coulff who painted me building the house.
  • But our first gift ever was this Dover Wood stove given to us by Vanessa and Neil Schoor.
  • Then Toeki Hugo gave me curtains for the caravan,
  • Alex Preller hand painted a toilet seat "Jill's throne"
  • Windows and glass shower walls (which are now sky lights) from Ken and Ann Hill.
  • The property next door was an incredible gift to MAT
  • A hand basin, 2 x75watt solar panels, double doors and much more from my brother Philip van Schalkwyk.
  • Cupboards, kitchen sink tools, watering cans, chairs and many many more gifts from Harold Epstein.
  • A double bed and side tables and bed linen from Barbara Hogan
  • Ceramic hand basin from Paul de Jong of Mill Stone Potters.
  • Anonymous donation of R1,300 a month.

  • Regular donatins from my aunt Sheila Clogg which have paid for all the windows.
