Little Cottage
Little Cottage is the self-catering accommodation on MAT. It is a cob house, powered by solar, has a compost toilet. It follows the principals of MAT which is an example of sustainable living, using the materials found outside our back door. It is also 40sqm which is the size of low cost housing, so we say look what we have done with our 40sqm what can you do with your 40sqm house.
Little Cottage borders the Krans Nature Reserve, yet is just a few blocks from the shops and restaurants of McGregor.
